1. მონაცემთა დამმუშავებელი
თქვენს პერსონალურ მონაცემებს ამუშავებს:

2. რა მონაცემებს ვაგროვებთ
ანგარიშის მონაცემები. სახელი, ელექტრონული ფოსტა, პროფილის სურათი. თუ რეგისტრირდებით Google-ით ან Facebook-ით, ამ მონაცემებს ვიღებთ შესაბამისი სერვისისგან.
საკონტაქტო არხები (ნებაყოფლობითი). ტელეფონის ნომერი, Messenger, Telegram, Viber, Instagram. ივსება მხოლოდ თქვენი ინიციატივით და ხდება ხილული სხვა მომხმარებლისთვის მაშინ, როცა ის განცხადების გვერდზე დააჭერს ღილაკს „კონტაქტის ჩვენება".
განცხადებების მონაცემები. წიგნის აღწერა, ფოტოები, ფასი, მდგომარეობა, ქალაქი.
ტექნიკური მონაცემები. IP მისამართი, ბრაუზერისა და მოწყობილობის შესახებ ინფორმაცია — სერვისის გამართული მუშაობისა და უსაფრთხოებისთვის.
კონტაქტის ჩვენების ჩანაწერი. როცა ვინმე დააჭერს ღილაკს „კონტაქტის ჩვენება", ვინახავთ: რომელ განცხადებაზე მოხდა ეს, როდის, ვინ (თუ მომხმარებელი ავტორიზებულია) და ვიზიტორის IP მისამართის დაშიფრულ (HMAC-SHA256) ჰეშს. თავად IP მისამართს არ ვინახავთ. ეს ჩანაწერი გვჭირდება ბოროტად გამოყენების შესაზღუდად — მაგალითად, გამყიდველების საკონტაქტო მონაცემების მასობრივი შეგროვების აღსაკვეთად.

4. ვის ვუზიარებთ მონაცემებს
სხვა მომხმარებლებს. თქვენი პროფილის საჯარო ნაწილი და თქვენი განცხადებები ხილულია ყველასთვის. თქვენი საკონტაქტო არხები ხილული ხდება მხოლოდ იმ მომხმარებლისთვის, რომელიც განცხადების გვერდზე დააჭერს ღილაკს „კონტაქტის ჩვენება", და მხოლოდ იმ შემთხვევაში, თუ ეს არხები თავად შეავსეთ.
ტექნიკურ პროვაიდერებს. Supabase (მონაცემთა ბაზა და ფაილების შენახვა), Vercel (ჰოსტინგი), Resend (ელფოსტის დაგზავნა), Sentry (შეცდომების მონიტორინგი), PostHog (ანალიტიკა).
ავტორიზაციის სერვისებს. Google და Facebook — მხოლოდ იმ შემთხვევაში, თუ ანგარიშში შესვლისას ამ სერვისებს იყენებთ.
Open Library. განცხადების დამატებისას წიგნის მოძიება ხდება Open Library-ის საჯარო ბაზაში. მოთხოვნას თქვენი ბრაუზერი პირდაპირ უგზავნის openlibrary.org-ს, რაც ნიშნავს, რომ მათ გადაეცემა თქვენი IP მისამართი და საძიებო ტექსტი.
სამართალდამცავ ორგანოებს — მხოლოდ კანონით გათვალისწინებულ შემთხვევებში.
Booko არ ყიდის პერსონალურ მონაცემებს და არ გადასცემს მათ სარეკლამო მიზნებისთვის.

როგორ მოითხოვოთ
გამოგვიგზავნეთ წერილი მისამართზე info@booko.ge სათაურით „მონაცემების წაშლა". მიუთითეთ ის ელექტრონული ფოსტა ან სოციალური ქსელის ანგარიში, რომლითაც დარეგისტრირდით. მოთხოვნას დავამუშავებთ 30 კალენდარული დღის განმავლობაში.

Facebook-ით რეგისტრირებული მომხმარებლებისთვის
თუ Booko-ზე დარეგისტრირდით Facebook-ის მეშვეობით, შეგიძლიათ გათიშოთ აპლიკაცია Facebook-ის პარამეტრებში: Settings & Privacy → Settings → Apps and Websites → Booko → Remove. მონაცემების სრული წაშლისთვის დამატებით მოგვმართეთ info@booko.ge-ზე.

პლატფორმა იყენებს აუცილებელ ქუქებს ავტორიზაციისა და გამართული მუშაობისთვის.
9. უსაფრთხოება
ჩვენ ვიყენებთ გონივრულ ტექნიკურ და ორგანიზაციულ ზომებს მონაცემთა დასაცავად. თუმცა, ინტერნეტით გადაცემა 100%-ით უსაფრთხო ვერ იქნება.

2. What data we collect
Account data. Name, email address, profile picture. If you register with Google or Facebook, we receive this data from that service.
Contact channels (optional). Phone number, Messenger, Telegram, Viber, Instagram. These are filled in only on your own initiative and become visible to another user when they press "Show contact" on a listing page.
Listing data. Book description, photos, price, condition, city.
Technical data. IP address, browser and device information — for the correct operation and security of the service.
Contact reveal record. When someone presses "Show contact", we store: which listing it happened on, when, who (if the user is signed in), and a hashed (HMAC-SHA256) value of the visitor's IP address. We do not store the IP address itself. This record exists to limit abuse — for example, to prevent bulk harvesting of sellers' contact details.

We do not send advertising or marketing messages.
4. Who we share data with
Other users. The public part of your profile and your listings are visible to everyone. Your contact channels become visible only to a user who presses "Show contact" on a listing page, and only if you filled those channels in yourself.
Technical providers. Supabase (database and file storage), Vercel (hosting), Resend (email delivery), Sentry (error monitoring), PostHog (analytics).
Authentication services. Google and Facebook — only if you use them to sign in.
Open Library. When adding a listing, book lookup queries the public Open Library database. Your browser sends the request directly to openlibrary.org, which means your IP address and search text are passed to them.
Law enforcement — only in cases provided for by law.
Booko does not sell personal data and does not pass it on for advertising purposes.

You have the right to request deletion of your personal data.
How to request it
Email info@booko.ge with the subject "Data deletion", stating the email address or social account you registered with. We will process the request within 30 calendar days.

What may be retained
To meet obligations imposed by law, we may retain certain records for the period set by legislation.
For users registered via Facebook
If you signed up to Booko via Facebook, you can disconnect the app under Facebook Settings & Privacy → Settings → Apps and Websites → Booko → Remove. To complete deletion of stored data, contact us at info@booko.ge.
8. Cookies
The platform uses essential cookies for authentication and proper operation.
9. Security
We use reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect data. However, transmission over the internet can never be 100% secure.
