უსაფრთხოების წესები

Booko არის განცხადებების დაფა. ჩვეულებრივ განცხადებაზე ყიდვა-გაყიდვა ხდება პირდაპირ მყიდველსა და გამყიდველს შორის, Booko-ს გარეთ. ეს ნიშნავს, რომ თქვენი უსაფრთხოება დიდწილად თქვენივე სიფრთხილეზეა დამოკიდებული. ქვემოთ მოცემული წესები დაგეხმარებათ.

1. შეხვედრა

  • შეხვდით საჯარო ადგილას - წიგნის მაღაზიასთან, კაფეში, მეტროსთან, სავაჭრო ცენტრში.
  • შეხვდით დღის განმავლობაში.
  • არ მიხვიდეთ უცნობის სახლში და არ მიიწვიოთ უცნობი თქვენს სახლში.
  • თუ შესაძლებელია, წაიყვანეთ ვინმე თან.
  • აცნობეთ ახლობელს, სად და ვისთან მიდიხართ.

2. გადახდა

  • ონლაინ გადახდა Booko-ზე ხდება მხოლოდ „ოფიციალური“ წიგნის გვერდიდან, ღილაკით „ყიდვა“, რომელიც Flitt-ის გადახდის გვერდზე გადაგიყვანთ. კერძო გამყიდველს წინასწარ არასდროს გადაუხადოთ და არ გადაიხადოთ მიმოწერაში მიღებული ბმულით.
  • გადაიხადეთ მხოლოდ მას შემდეგ, რაც ნივთს ნახავთ.
  • არ გადარიცხოთ თანხა წინასწარ, თუ გამყიდველს არ იცნობთ.
  • ფრთხილად იყავით, თუ გამყიდველი ითხოვს „ბე"-ს, ავანსს ან სრულ გადახდას შეხვედრამდე.
  • კერძო გამყიდველთან გარიგებაში Booko არ ინახავს თანხას, არ ამუშავებს გადახდას და ვერ დააბრუნებს გადარიცხულ თანხას.

3. ნივთის შემოწმება

  • დაათვალიერეთ წიგნი შეძენამდე: ყდა, გვერდები, ბეჭდვის ხარისხი, გამოცემა და გამომცემლობა.
  • შეადარეთ განცხადებაში მითითებულ მდგომარეობას.
  • ნაკრების შემთხვევაში შეამოწმეთ ყველა წიგნი ცალ-ცალკე.
  • თუ ნივთი აღწერას არ შეესაბამება, არ ხართ ვალდებული შეიძინოთ.

4. საეჭვო ნიშნები

განსაკუთრებით ფრთხილად იყავით, თუ:

  • ფასი არარეალურად დაბალია;
  • გამყიდველი გაჩქარებთ და ზეწოლას ახდენს;
  • გამყიდველი უარს ამბობს შეხვედრაზე და მხოლოდ წინასწარ გადარიცხვას გთავაზობთ;
  • გთხოვთ საუბრის სხვა პლატფორმაზე გადატანას მაშინვე, პირველივე შეტყობინებით;
  • მყიდველი გიგზავნით ფასზე მეტ თანხას და სხვაობის დაბრუნებას გთხოვთ;
  • გთხოვთ ბარათის ნომერს, PIN-კოდს, SMS-კოდს ან პაროლს;
  • გიგზავნით ბმულს „გადახდისთვის", „თანხის მისაღებად" ან „ამანათის დასადასტურებლად".

Booko არასდროს გთხოვთ ბარათის მონაცემებს, პაროლს ან SMS-კოდს.

5. თქვენი პერსონალური მონაცემები

  • არასდროს გააზიაროთ ბარათის სრული ნომერი, CVV, PIN ან საბანკო აპლიკაციის პაროლი.
  • არ გადაუგზავნოთ პირადობის მოწმობის ფოტო უცნობს.
  • თქვენი საკონტაქტო არხები (ტელეფონი, მესენჯერი და ა.შ.) ხილული ხდება მხოლოდ მაშინ, როცა თქვენ თავად შეავსებთ მათ პროფილში.

6. Booko-ს როლი

Booko არის შუამავალი პლატფორმა. ჩვენ:

  • არ ვართ გარიგების მხარე;
  • არ ვამუშავებთ კერძო გამყიდველებთან გადახდებს და არ ვინახავთ მათ თანხას (ონლაინ შეძენა);
  • ვერ ვაბრუნებთ კერძო გამყიდველისთვის გადახდილ თანხას;
  • არ ვამოწმებთ ყოველი წიგნის რეალურ მდგომარეობას.

რისი გაკეთებაც შეგვიძლია:

  • განცხადების მოდერაცია და წაშლა;
  • წესების დამრღვევი ანგარიშის შეზღუდვა ან დაბლოკვა;
  • სამართალდამცავ ორგანოებთან თანამშრომლობა კანონით დადგენილ ფარგლებში.

7. პრობლემის შეტყობინება

თუ წააწყდით საეჭვო განცხადებას, თაღლითობას ან წესების დარღვევას, მოგვწერეთ: info@booko.ge

ან გამოიყენეთ განცხადებაზე „…" → „დარღვევის შეტყობინება".

8. თუ თაღლითობის მსხვერპლი გახდით

  • დაუყოვნებლივ დაუკავშირდით თქვენს ბანკს, თუ თანხა გადარიცხეთ.
  • მიმართეთ საქართველოს შინაგან საქმეთა სამინისტროს - 112.
  • შეინახეთ მიმოწერა, გადარიცხვის დამადასტურებელი დოკუმენტი და განცხადების ეკრანის ანაბეჭდი.
  • გვაცნობეთ ჩვენც info@booko.ge-ზე, რათა ანგარიში შევზღუდოთ.

Booko is a classifieds board. For a regular listing, buying and selling happens directly between buyer and seller, off Booko. This means your safety depends largely on your own caution. The rules below will help.

1. Meeting

  • Meet in a public place — outside a bookshop, in a café, at a metro station, in a shopping centre.
  • Meet during daylight hours.
  • Do not go to a stranger's home, and do not invite a stranger to yours.
  • Bring someone with you if you can.
  • Tell someone close to you where you are going and who you are meeting.

2. Payment

  • Online payment on Booko happens only from an "official" book's page, via the "Buy" button, which takes you to Flitt's payment page. Never pay a private seller in advance, and never pay through a link sent to you in a conversation.
  • Pay only after you have seen the item.
  • Do not transfer money in advance to a seller you do not know.
  • Be careful if the seller asks for a deposit, an advance, or full payment before meeting.
  • In a deal with a private seller, Booko does not hold funds, does not process the payment, and cannot reverse a transfer.

3. Inspecting the item

  • Examine the book before buying: cover, pages, print quality, edition and publisher.
  • Compare it against the condition stated in the listing.
  • For a bundle, check every book individually.
  • If the item does not match the description, you are not obliged to buy it.

4. Warning signs

Be especially careful if:

  • the price is unrealistically low;
  • the seller rushes you or applies pressure;
  • the seller refuses to meet and offers only advance transfer;
  • you are asked to move the conversation to another platform immediately, in the very first message;
  • a buyer sends more than the price and asks you to return the difference;
  • you are asked for a card number, PIN, SMS code or password;
  • you are sent a link "for payment", "to receive money" or "to confirm a parcel".

Booko will never ask you for card details, a password, or an SMS code.

5. Your personal data

  • Never share your full card number, CVV, PIN, or banking app password.
  • Do not send a photo of your ID to a stranger.
  • Your contact channels (phone, messenger, etc.) become visible only when you fill them in on your profile yourself.

6. Booko's role

Booko is an intermediary platform. We:

  • are not a party to the transaction;
  • do not process payments with private sellers and do not hold their funds (buying online);
  • cannot refund money paid to a private seller;
  • do not verify the actual condition of every book.

What we can do:

  • moderate and remove listings;
  • restrict or block accounts that break the rules;
  • cooperate with law enforcement within the limits set by law.

7. Reporting a problem

If you encounter a suspicious listing, fraud, or a breach of the rules, write to us: info@booko.ge

or use „…" → "Report" on the listing.

Include the listing link and a short description of what happened.

8. If you have been defrauded

  • Contact your bank immediately if you transferred money.
  • Contact the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Georgia — 112.
  • Keep the correspondence, proof of transfer, and a screenshot of the listing.
  • Tell us at info@booko.ge as well, so we can restrict the account.
